Company Announces a 35% Increase in Revenue for Q1 2004, the Largest Quarter in RedDot History, Over the Same Quarter Last Year; Consistent Increase in Revenues Boosted by Recent Launch of the RedDot Extended Content Management Suite (XCMS™)

New York, NY - RedDot Solutions, (http://www.reddot.com/), a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, announced today a profitable Q1 2004 with a 35% increase in revenue, the largest quarter in RedDot history, over the same quarter last year. This comes on the heels of another profitable year for RedDot Solutions in 2003, where RedDot grew revenues in North America by 25%. Organizations including the Government of Alberta, Sony of Canada Ltd., The National Aquarium in Baltimore, Hydro Quebec and the Consumer Electronics Association (CES) have recently adopted RedDot's solution to help them manage their information and business processes more efficiently. Today, RedDot services more than 1,100 customers worldwide and has recently opened new offices in Italy, Australia and Brazil. RedDot is a privately held company, its investors include ViewPoint Capital Partners and 3i.
