Detlef Kamps to Outline His Vision for Enterprise Content Management

New York and Monreal, Quebec - RedDot Solutions, a leading global provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, announced today that company president Detlef Kamps will present his vision for the future of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in a keynote address at Intracom 2004 on November 10th in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Kamps will discuss the evolution of ECM and what the future holds for organizations looking to improve the ways they manage their content and business processes. Specifically, he will advise attendees to leverage their organization's cross-departmental content in a cost-effective manner, and will discuss ways to avoid overbuying when selecting an enterprise content management (ECM) solution.

"The demands and expectations on Intranet and Web teams have increased triple fold over the last year," said Detlef Kamps, President of RedDot Solutions. "As organizations demand more from their sites and Web teams, the technologies that power those sites have concurrently advanced by leaps and bounds. Mid-market companies can now derive much more value for their dollar today then they could last year, and they can select technologies that will grow as their needs change."

Two leading Canadian- based organizations recently selected RedDot Solutions as their enterprise content management (ECM) choice. Hydro-Québec, a major producer, transmission provider and distributor of electricity in North America selected the RedDot Extended Content Management Solution (XCMS™) to manage the content and information across its Intranet sites, and United Auto Parts (UAP) has chosen RedDot Content Management Server (CMS) with RedDot LiveServer™ to manage and personalize content on its Web site. Hydro- Québec will also be presenting at Intracom 2004.
