RedDot Solutions Achieves Record Growth in 2004
22 Feb 2005
New York - RedDot Solutions, a leading global provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, announced today it has experienced continued financial and customer growth, contributing to the most successful fiscal year in the company's history. North American revenues increased over 50 percent from the same period in 2003, due in large part to several key customer wins and the expansion of its software product line.
Two flagship products were introduced in 2004, including the company's enterprise content management solution (XCMS™), widely recognized for its mid-market solution, and LiveServer™, the company's personalization server and application integration platform. Together, these products helped fuel new client wins from leading companies such as Bank of Hawaii, Barry University, Chickasaw Nation, the City of Miami, the City of Rialto, the Consumer Electronics Association, Convera, Delaware North Companies, EMC Insurance Company, Georgia State University, the Government of Alberta, Hydro-Quebec, Indiana State University, J.M. Huber Corporation, MultiQuip Inc, National Academy Foundation, NY State Department of Environmental Conservation, SG Cowen, State Compensation Insurance Fund, Tupelo Public School System, United Auto Parts, United Nations Population Fund, Wellpoint and Winona State University among others.
"2004 was a banner year for RedDot; we achieved considerable growth while distinguishing RedDot's leadership position within the ECM industry," said Detlef Kamps, president of RedDot Solutions. "2005 will be tremendous for RedDot as LiveServer and XCMS drive our growing market share."
RedDot Solutions received numerous accolades in 2004, including EContent magazine's "Top 100 in the Digital Content Industry" award. The company was also recognized within the "Fast 50" by Deloitte & Touche for the second consecutive year, and among KM World's "100 companies that matter most." KMWorld Magazine declared XCMS a "Trend Setting Product" and the company received four nominations at the Gartner Enterprise Midsize Summit in San Diego, CA.
A key appointment to its senior management team included Daniel Kraft as vice president of corporate development, responsible for global business development and technology partnerships. Overall, RedDot Solutions increased its employee numbers by 20% within the first half of 2004, and it anticipates continued growth in 2005. To accommodate this, the company has recently signed a 10-year lease to occupy more than 10,000 square feet of office space within its current North American headquarters (One Battery Park Plaza in New York City). Plans include a state-of-the-art training and support facility, along with expanded space for its marketing, finance and administration departments.
