Partner Support

Partner Certification and Training

Certification is designed to educate the individuals within the partner organization who will manage client projects. To achieve certification, an individual must demonstrate that they have practical experience in large-scale implementations and extensive product knowledge.  To ensure successful certification, RedDot offers Partner Mentoring. At the end of the mentoring process, the project and its relevant personnel are evaluated.

Technical Support

RedDot partners are given unlimited access to RedDot Technical Support. Experienced project teams are available to help partners with their initial implementations and service consultants can provide guidance on project set-up.
